Who we are
Our organization develops in the spirit of sociocratic work culture, in which the core team, the coordinating circle, and the group co-creating Osada.Earth combine their competencies and sensibilities to shape a place full of mindful cooperation. Together, we build a space for which we take responsibility — a living project maturing thanks to the involvement of many hands and perspectives.

Core Team

Maciej Antkowiak
I strive to be an ancestor worth having. I am a Regenerative Practitioner in the Regenesis Institute tradition, a certified Trainer and Group Therapist. I support younger and older people in growing up—losing and finding a deeper path through the mysteries of life.

Agata Nienajadło
In search of a life more in tune with my heart, I found my way to Osada. Here, I met people who support each other in the discomfort of grappling with the difficult questions of our times. I am increasingly discovering the potential that lies in working with the land, living in community, and being in direct contact with nature.

Iza Meyza
Cultural anthropologist, facilitator, and writer. Raised on the outskirts. A practitioner of nonviolence, rooted in Christianity. I search the meanders of culture for paths that support dialogue and rootedness.
Coordinating Circle
A group of coordinators responsible for ensuring the flow of information and overall consistency.

Agata Krawczyk
In an attempt to answer the question of how to live, I become a coach and a carpenter, a philosopher and a fixer, a trusted confidante and a strategist. The one who talks; the one who listens; and the one who lies down in the grass to regain her strength. I am here to do things and to do them together.

Aleksanda Janus
I work at the intersection of worlds: one hand in finance, the other in the earth. I combine dreaminess with pragmatism. I stand between what is and what is just sprouting. I am drawn to being “in between” — a place from which I resist monocultures in fields, systems, and imaginations. I look for culture-creating practices that put a spoke in the wheel of individualism. I am learning to be a womb: to envelop, nourish, and protect the fragile beginnings of coexistence before they are ready to come into the world.

Daniel Jerzy Gałązka
I walk through forests, beaches and meadows looking for clues to existential questions. I constantly remind myself of longings and dreams that I lose in the way of quick solutions. I am moved by life that simply is. I nurture presence to be in the face of the ephemeral. I am growing in being a man who is responsible for the world he lives in. I learn to pray and ask for help, dissolving the myth of individualism. I am integrating the consequences of the decline of modernity, drawing strength from collective action so that future generations will have someone to rely on.

Zofia Krajewska
I am passionate about social change. I love the complexity of its ecosystem, the variety of intertwined essential roles and the mystery behind finding one's place. I strive to support others in discovering how they can best and in harmony with themselves serve the world in these transformative times. I myself have gained experience mapping different approaches: working in environmental movements, providing direct aid to refugees, working in NGOs, conducting research or sharing my voice in texts and at conferences. I am studying sociology as part of the MISH UW. I thrive as a trainer, leading workshops for those who feel lost.
Co-creating Osada
People who support Osada in specific areas, maintaining consistent container.

Hela Smoczyńska
Doula, sister, partner, friend. In my quest to find the answer to the question of what it means to live in these times, I learn the most by witnessing women on the threshold of motherhood. I have the honor of supporting pregnant women and families, accompanying them during childbirth and in the first weeks of life. Here I learn what presence, strength, letting go, and tenacity are. Qualities that are essential to us in these times.

Ignacy Hryniewicz
Creative activist, experience designer and creator of interdisciplinary social and ecological projects. I am fascinated by practicing utopia in action, pushing the boundaries of imagination, and operating at the intersection of art and science. I am a co-founder of the Synergy collective, whose activities have included over a dozen transmedia music events in collaboration with various institutions and organisations. In my free time I experiment with vegan cuisine, search for new sounds and walk in deserts and forests.

Jadwiga Klata
Theater director, social activist, facilitator. In her practice, she explores ways in which we can bid a beautiful farewell to the passing world.

Jakub Wawrzyniak
For several years now, I have been moving towards a self-sufficient lifestyle. One that is in harmony with nature and myself. I look for low-budget and simple solutions, guided by the principles of permaculture. I take care of my garden, animals, beekeeping, natural building, and soil regeneration.

Karolina Gorzeńska
I am a dreamer and a creator. My artistic practice is an exercise in breathing with the Earth: in a language that remembers beauty not as decoration, but as a way of being. I wander through forests, listening to the whispers of underground mycelium. I seek new narratives for life that wants to live. I try to entangle myself in the web of earthly life with my heart and hands immersed in the earth. I develop the skills of care and courage to support the ecosystems I am part of in their regeneration.

Przemek Siewior
The poly-crisis and the prospect of the collapse of society made me start living according to my values. It soon became clear that living in the perspective of the collapse of society was a more beautiful life than I had ever dreamed. For several years I was one of the leaders of the radical climate movement (Extinction Rebellion PL, Climate Solidarity Movement). I learned how to be in touch with other people and hold space for groups. I'm holding a spaces for grief, who is my teacher and guide. I am learning to walk backwards - to let myself be led by madness - something bigger than me.

Oshi
He was here before us. Our host and good spirit of this place.

At the beginning of the project, Emilia Ślimko, Magda Matuszewska and Monika Chmielewska - co-founders of Osada - were here with us. Together, in early 2022, we jumped into buying Prosinko28 and setting up this beautiful Place. Thank you!
